Foods, Herbs & Supplements
Wanting to super-boost your diet for potential cancer prevention, or a possible cure?
Depending on how easily your body can digest and properly assimilate nutrition, a diet consisting of a variety of raw fresh vegetables is best.

Vitamins, Minerals and Herbal Supplements
Eating lots of fresh produce is the first step to getting a wide range of vitamins and minerals, but it's not always that simple. Simply put, the nutritional density, or the quality, of the produce isn't always what it should be. For example, a lettuce that has stood in a warehouse freezer for a month or two before being thawed and stacked in the Fruit & Veg sectional at your local supermarket will not have the same nutritional goodness as a lettuce, grown organically, by you.
If you cannot grow your own produce in optimum conditions, organically and with the healthiest soil (bye the way, soil health is actually the single most important thing, but that's another subject!), I recommend a couple of things:
1. Visit your local Farmers Markets. Speak with and get to know your local growers, ask them about growing conditions and if they organically grow (etc); or
2. If you cannot source high quality produce, you may need to look for a food-based nutrition powder or extract (use as a supplement). There are a ton of plant based herbal extracts and supplements that kill cancer cells. In fact, study after study has shown that many of the right plants & plant extracts have more power to kill off cancer cells that conventional treatments!
Herbs such as; Goldenseal, Astragalus, Pau D'Arco and Skullcap are just a few of the plant based herbal supplements used all over the world to kill cancer cells.
